Its on the 'coast road' to Wexford on the left hand side. It looks posh.

yea its called the amber springs, the people who own the Ashdowne(Redmonds) Have built it. I was talking to one of them, they said they will make this one more family orientated

They had an ad for their Christmas parties in the local press last week. I think it's opening next month.
