    Hello!

Hope its okay to ask this here. My uncle has been having a problem with his computer, when hes playing games they'll load the start screen and everything but won't play because he doesn't have enough virtual memory.

What should i advise him to do? I don't really have a clue about this sort of thing, buy more memory? He has 4 year old HP and knows nothing about computers (he thinks a graphics card gives you memory) :o

    Thanks!
    Karen

How much free space is left on the hard drive could it be near full hence the warnings about VM.

Or spy/malware running in the background consuming the system resources ?

I'd clean out all the temp folders and give the system a scan with Windows Defender and a good anti-virus app like the free versions of Avast or AVG.

I don't live near him and he hasn't got the first clue about computers so i can't check any of that stuff.

I was really hoping there was an easy solution! Thanks for the info though!
