I forget where to locate the control for progs that launch at start up in Windows. Can someone please refresh my memory?

If you're comfortable with Regedit, you can check

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

    and

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I use startup inspector. Google it. It googles each startup prog & tells you what it does & tells you whether its safe to turn off. All you got to do is tick a box in the prog & it turns it off.
