There are lots of the beggars, is there any particular requirement beyond what you get here or here , as in lots of calls to Baku or to Mobiles in Riga or something ???

I just found http://www.voiceireland.ie/voip/

I am still with bluface, but they have too many problems, and my phone is not functioning well most of the time and I have to pay 15 euros a month including apart of calls

with this new one you just pay for the calls, no monthly fee whatsoever.
