1/2 NL cash game. 9 players.
Utg goes all-in blind for 135. I'm next to act.
I've got 200ish. 4 others at the table have 200 (or 200+) stacks while the others have around 50 or around 100 (2 with 50 and 1 with 100 I think)

What cards do I need to push? I'm guessing calling is silly here and it's a push or a fold!

Does everyone know he is pushing blind? Have a look around the table and see if anyones interested. From utg i think calling with 88+ AQ+ is ok. On the button Id call with any king, and some queens.

    Yes.

There is €3 in the pot. Why is he pushing? Did he just lose a large bet recently and is now on tilt? Is he a maniac?
He has more money than sense. Whether he's on tilt or not doesn't matter, he's pushing blind.
As you have described, there doesn''t seem to be anybody there who has a monster stack and can afford to be last in with a marginal hand.
One guy has about 350 but that doesn't bother me, I can only lose the 200. The shortstacks require a little extra consideration but anyone who has me covered doesn't.

77+ KTo+ would be the weakest hands, it would depend on how tight the table plays. If you inst-push after looking at your cards then the rest of the table is going to need something pretty strong to call with.
If the table is loose and gambly then maybe 99+ AJo+

I think the short stacks should open up your range a little bit, maybe 88+ AJ+, if everyone had 200+ it should probably be something like TT+ AQ+. I'd be interested to see the maths.
