travel insurance- starting outside ireland

hi, i was just wondering if anyone knows of an insurance company that would insure someone when they are starting their trip from outside ireland. my brother is in africa but he is there more then 60 days so the company that he is with now won`t insure him for any longer. he only wants insurance that will cover him for 30…
