    Hi
    i had chorus digital removed last year but the antenna cable is still there
    should i be able to pick up irish channels using the antenna when i do connect
    the cable the picture is very snowy.This antenna originally was plugged into
    a small power supply and then had a output from this box into the chorus box.do i need this power supply box to boost the picture and does anyone know where i could get one.

    You would be illadvised to do that.

    1) It could be regarded as theft
    2) The Analog channels are poor
    3) Only a few are clear.
    4) The Irish channels are FAR better via a properly installed outdoor aerial

    The Chorus unit on the mesh dish does not work at all without a power supply, the coax cable (which is usually low quality internal cable TV type rather than proper UHF TV cable) is simply picking up the Irish stations. Get proper outdoor aerial (or Aerials if RTE1 & RTE2 are VHF) and you will have perfect pictures better than Sky Digital or NTL/Chorus Cable/MMDS Analog/Digital, except without true widescreen.
