mario question! help please!

    this may be a really stupid question but what would be the easiest way to get my hands on the original mario games??? only thing i ever played them on was one of those plug n play consoles with like a 101 games built in!! can these still be bought or wats my best option??? cheers for the help!!!

    Your best bet is to buy the originals through ebay. They should be very cheap since they were hugely popular. Those plug n' play consoles are illegal unlicensed cheap knock offs. Since they are illegal you won't find them on ebay. The mario games on those consoles would be bootleg versions and more than likely modified from the original version of imitations although some would have the real rom built in.

    The best way would be to go the emulation root. All the mario games are emulated perfectly by emulators like Nesticle and Zsnes. You can get these from a site like www.zophar.net. Then you just need the rom of the game to play. Can't tell you where to get these since it's illegal and against charter rules.

    Go to Bookmart and Game exchange on talbot st in Dublin, near Connolly station.
    They have a few bits and pieces, finding a working machine could be the hard part though, the infernal grey flashing screen, damn you Nintendo.
