I have a creative zen vision m and it DEFINITLEY is the best portable music player out at the moment. However I have two problems I would appreciate if someone could help me with.

    1. The max volume is not very loud.Im pretty sure that the volume is restricted to a certain level under EU legislation or some **** like that.I know that you can get programmes to remove this restriction.Does anyone know where i could get one of these programmes?

2.When transferring music using the programme that they give you with the player you cannot create, rename, edit or move files and folders. This is especially annoying and I would REALLY appreciate someone hooking me up with a programme that is compatible with the creative vision m and will allow me to do this...

go to the creative website and download the american firmware, then do the following:

    1. unplug your zen from the pc
    2. hold the on/off switch in the "on" position and put a pin in the reset button
    3. click on "reload firmware"
    4. it'll tell you to load the firmware, plug the player into your pc and run the american firmware file on your PC

    done.

you can edit the files on the player by right-clicking and editing the properties. you don't move files into folders, the player sorts the files by the ID3 tags... so you just rename the files and they'll be resorted for you

got a pair of shure e2c canal phones. They are llike ear plugs with phones build in. They form a seal in your ear so you don't need to have the volume so load.

I got a pair of Koss Sparkplugs for about €22 in Dublin Airport. They made a huge difference to the sound and are not expensive
