    Anyone remember this one? :)
With a 250,000 US$ budget per episode, Land of the Giants set a new record. The actors had to be in top shape, as they had to do many stunts themselves, such as climbing giant curbs, phone cords, ropes and such. The series ran from September 1968 to September 1970 on ABC.

I haven't seen that for years.
I remember when Sky first started they used to show that and a ton of old shows. The Time Tunnel was another one.

    Aaah memories!

And you can add Lost in Space, Get Smart and The Green Hornet to that Sky list. They wouldn't get away with it these days!

I remember even as a kid thinking Land of the Giants was rubbish and looked crappy (they definetly weren't gettting value for their 250k imho!) but I definetly remember watching a few eps on Sky during its introduction period. I guess there wasn't much to do back then :)

Hmm, I don't know, all those washing up liquid bottles probably cost a bit more back then. :p
