Its easy when you think about it .... why pay some clown a few grand to sell your house when all they are doing really is bascially acting as middleman in the negotiations and doing a spot of keyholding for you for a few weeks. Well done on whoever set this site up.... london has this type of thing that works really well, so does australia and New Zealand and people use the sites/buy thru them and save themselves a 'lot' of money - with everything being so expensive here and the massize estate agents fees it makes sense......If I'm ever selling I'll be going this route first...
