Anyone Want To Give My Girlfriend A Job?

My better half is now looking for a new job and I'm helping her out as much as I can. She has a Master's Degree in Economics, but since finishing university 2 years ago she hasn't worked in a field related to this. Complicating matters is the fact that she is Polish, and although she has excellent english and fine communication skills, it does seem to make getting a reasonable job somewhat difficult.
So far in Ireland, all her jobs have been retail orientated. She is a very approachable lady, very much so a 'people person', she is well liked among her work colleagues and customers. So a position that involves dealing with the great unwashed public, or working in a team enviornment would most definetly suit her.

Having done her Economics degree she is a whizz with numbers and mathematics, so a position related to this is something to consider too. Her computer skills need polishing, she's working on that with a little help from me. Like any of the Polish people I've met she has a very strong work ethic and prides herself on giving 100%, and is fantastically dependable, having NEVER been late for work in the 2 years I've been seeing her.

    Summarizing:
She has a Master's Degree in Economics.
Speaks perfect Polish, fluent english, basic russian.
Very people orientated, she is highly thought of among her friends and customers.
Strong work ethic, highly dependable, she's never been late once. She's a quick learner, and although she likes working with other people, she is able to work on her own too.
She has 2 years of experiance in retail at the moment from small business to very large retail enviornments.
Her computer skills are average, but are developing at the moment.
She has a full clean driving license.

If I haven't given enough details on the type of position that she's looking for, please forgive me, that's my fault. There are so many different jobs and positions out there, I don't know so many of them. When it comes to all these different careers and positions I'm a little in the dark with the full range.
She has two years experiance in retail and she likes to work with people, so something that would allow for this would be good. Also she is the brighter half of this relationship and has a good head for figures and mathematics as evidenced by her degree, so a position in this field or related would be ideal.
We both live and work in the city centre at the moment, so a job in town would obviously be most desirable, but she is open to travelling to a job that would take advantage of her talents and that she would enjoy. Without coming across too much as the love smitten boyfriend, she has relatively few negative points. As mentioned she is well liked by most people as she has a bright cheery personality and doesn't really stop smilling. I do feel I'm a lucky individual and sometimes wonder how I've managed to find someone whom I think is too good for me. Her biggest detracting point is that she can sometimes be quite pessamistic and negative, but this is generally only towards working situations and not towards people. I guess this is as a result of finding it hard to break out of unchallenging jobs that she has experianced so far.

If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to PM me and I'll provide you with any relevant details you might need.
