say a player got injured while playing for a football team, at the time they payd subs like everyone else and were INSURED. then they got injured while warming up for a match. and they tried to continue playing in bits and bobs and never fully recovering while intermittantly seeing a physio. now they play for a different team and have had a bit of a falling out with their former team.

what if they found out they need an op for 1200 which insurance would cover but their old club refused to pay for whatever reason

and they had several of their former teams players to back them up and im sure the physio that they were seeing would too. Can anybody tell me what sort of legal options they wud have to make the team pay?
