Bass head through a guitar cab?

is it doable, looks like this is our only choice for a gig tomorrow. its that or just DI the bass. whats the craic?

You'll be grand as long as the cab has decent wattage. You'll definitely here some major breakup before the cone blows anyway. Keep the bass tone clean with lots of headroom for stage monitoring and take a DI out from the bass head for the FOH sound
