Overclockers.co.uk - Useless

    So, how about overclockers uk then ?

    Placed an 1800 euro order with them on Tuesday night.

    Still not shipped.

    By checking through their online order tracker thing I can see that they've shipped about 1000 orders in the meantime.

    Don't think I'll be too pushed about handing over any more of my hard earned to them in the future....

    Hmm any mention on the tracking on why it is taking so long (like processed, ready for shipping, etc)? Never ordered from them so not sure what they are like.

    Sometimes their website says things are in stock, when their not. It'll be 1 item not in stock thats holding up the order. My only advise is 2 ring them, their webnote system wont get you any information & wont speed up the order. i had a similar problem with my conroe order, made the mistake of paying for postage & not parcelpost, they were having a dispute with royalmail & hadn't shipped. Rang them up and fcuked them out of it & they upgraded me to parcelpost & shipped that day.

    It says order is printed and awaiting packing at the warehouse.

    Webnoted them and the guy gave me back a one liner saying due to ship in the next 24 hours...

    I suppose i dont really give a fcuk as long as it all comes by next weekend.

    I had to send them a webnote too, shipped the next day.

    If I hadn't asked about it the order would have still been going around the warehouse.

    Guaranteed response if u ring them. They don't take much heed of the webnotes.

    In fairness to them, it just shipped out of the warehouse at 10:50 on a saturday morning so I suppose they're not too bad.

    Wish it hadn't taken so long though.

    Let's just wait and see if I need to RMA something ...... :rolleyes:

    I had to ring them several times one week, I spent at least 10 minutes on hold each time and they kept saying, you're order is being processed....

    That friday I rang and they had lost my order, I ordered over the phone, then i had to send proof of identity but after that everything went smoothly:rolleyes:
