I've just been informed that Bayside is the closest dart station to it.

But if you want some extra MMA practice you'll get it at the Howth Junction platform!!.

Where exactly is it in the Industrial estate? Is it on Grange parade, grange close? Grange drive? Grange way? Is it near the badminton club or closer to FAS or closer to the 32b terminus?

Although I live around the corner (more or less) from it I'm not that familiar with the geography of the area. I'm in 'blow in' around here!.

If I had my phone I'd ring Andy or one of the boys for you. But I left my phone in to be repaired only this morning and don't have Andy's number on my standby fifteen year old Nokia breeze block!.

Will be good to roll with you again Roper just get that junior cert that your doing out of the way first and the 'Northside Nutters' will give you all the schooling you need! :D:D:D

On a more serious note, the gym is located just off grange way, the turn in after 'Regency Frames' it is right down the back, the last unit on the left hand side. I cant find a map anywhere but pm me if you need further directions.

It's a 2-3 minute walk from the DART station. Come out on the Killbarrack/East side of the station. Walk down 100m or so down killbarrack way and you'll come to a T Junction at a GAA Club. Turn left and walk another 100m to the end of the road, turn into the big gate to the right. Go round the back of the very last unit on the left and up the stairs:D

yeah if you feel like you're going in the wrong direction it probably means you're going in the right direction. as wayne says go all the way to the end and go through the massive gate (either it will be open or the little door will be open) then go the end past the entrance to the garage, around the corner and up the stairs ;)
