I was at a car auction this week. There was plenty of dodgy dealers selling toolkits and all that kind of stuff. I noticed a guy taking out a big roll of money and looking through it. I have seen these dealers doing this on numerous occasions before. Is this some sort of trick, what is it expected to achieve exactly?
