Spyware what to use to remove

Ok what the best package to remove spyware, in the recent weeks I have come across alot of pc infected with a thing called WARNHP.html. you cant setup your desktop background or set screensavers Spybot, Adaware or Hijacker cant removed this even after turning off Ssytem restore and tring to remove these in safe mode Whats…
