I run Beginners and Improvers Digital Photography courses in Drumcondra on the Northside which include a computer manipulation section. Check out http://www.digitalbeginners.ie/digitalphotocourses.htm

I'm also running a freebie Intro to Digital Photography in Swords Library on the 18th of September at 7pm. Members and non-members of the library are most welcome.

DB - can you give some more info here re the freebie in Swords (I am pretty interested!). What time will it finish? What will you cover? Do I need to register a place??

The freebie session in Swords is basically an introduction to digital (white balance, resolution etc) with normal photographic issues like Red Eye, Camera Shake, Composition etc discussed, so it's aimed at beginners. The session is fairly open and there are lots of opportunities to ask questions about your camera or a new camera you might thinking of.

You need to book with Swords Library and the session runs from 7pm to 8.15pm and there's talk of one in Balbriggan soon.

Balbriggan is a bit closer to home. Will you PM me with details closer to the time if there is going to be one?
