    1999 Opel Astra 1.4 91k miles

Factory Sunroof is leaking after heavy down pour yesterday.
The water is coming from the interior light, and there is a wet patch on the roof lining.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this one.

By any chance is your car aerial between the sunroof and the front windscreen? We're all Pug heads in our family and it seems that seals fail on the aerial on Peugeot's after a few years or with repeated brush washing. Either that or a drainage pipe may be blocked getting the water away from the sunroof, my Uncle had that problem with his '97 Vectra. Worth a look anyway;) Good luck, nothing worse than a soggy seat or carpet

Open the roof and have a look at the drain holes, they usually run from the front of the roof aperture down the inside of the A pillars. They may need clearing with compressed air.
