Ive thought long and hard about it and im gonna give MMA a go.
I just need people to inform me about the various mma gyms(in dublin only).......il make my mind up then as to which one I will join..

Hey Kev,

We have a 1 hour session tonight at 8:30. We generally just use it as a sparring session due to the time constraints...Our timetable is:

Tuesdays, 8:45pm-10:15pm, Sub Grappling
Thursdays, 8:30pm-9:30pm, Sparring
Fridays, 8pm-9:30pm, Sub Grappling
Saturdays, noon-1:30pm, Stand-up (Striking/Takedowns)

you got a map? I can't find it? Is it near the luas line?

Sorry, I don't actually have a map and haven't been able to find one...the Luas doesn't really go near it (it's maybe a 30 min walk from the Square), but the 77 bus from town leaves you pretty close. Get off at the stop after the Penny Black pub/Basketball Arena, opposite St Aengus's Church and the Sports Complex is visible from there...
