Mazda 323F BG Tuning

I'm between minds whether to buy a new car or pimp up the 323F we have. I love driving it though, it's a dream to drive.

It's a black Mazda 323F BG 1991, 1.6 16V 5dr Fastback (with the pop-up lights). It's got 125k on the clock, NCT has been out since January or so (we never put it through, but it needs new front door mechanisms - both the front doors wont open from the inside, so we've to wind down the window to open it). We also need new bearings or something - I was told exactly what it was yesterday, can't remember now).

I've basically got 3.5k -> 4.5k to pimp it. I've picked out a body kit from www.pakfeifer.com (Front and back bumper and skirts) which costs about €1100 delivered. I'm not too fond of the rear bumper, but it's the only one I can find...

So what else do I need :
    Door Lock Mechanism
    New Alloys
Could probably do with lowering it about 40mm
    Probably get the engine refurbished
    Induction Kit
    Air Filter
    New full exhaust
Paint job all over (want a glossy black finish)
Any other recommendations, and any recommendations as to what spec parts I should get?

Are there any Mazda specialists in Ireland? Or garages around the country that I could send it in to, and get it all sorted there (well, bar the paint job and wheels)?

I'm hoping, if I've a bit of cash left over, to get the dash sprayed, and the seats upholstered in black leather with a white or cream trim. Should be able to sort that myself for a good price though...

    Thanks.

IMO that kit doesnt suit the car at all,its an agressive looking jap kit thats been used on civics for years by bomex and wingswest and just doesnt suit the 323.Have a look at other bodykits that are made for different cars,ANYTHING can be cut and chopped to fit a car so let your imagination go wild!

Personally (and im all for mods) id put your 3.5k to the car and sell it for a new one.Its horses for courses though,if you really love the car and plan on keeping it for a few more years then modify it

pimp it up by selling it and buying something else, They really dont look that nice wven when done up. Would you consider selling it and putting the money towards a nicer car ?
