I was looking forward to a good deluge today and it was almost comical watching the UK Met Office radar. The big blob appeared to work itself around Dublin. I'm in southwest county Dublin. Anyone else experience that?

If you look at the animation the rain just disappears as it hits Dublin and then reforms once it gets past Dublin on it's W==>E journey.

It wasn't pretty outside the rain proof bubble, it lashed with rain all day today here.
