Vocalist/Singer Mid-High Range Looking for a Band

    I am currently looking for a band to be with and would be willing to audition.

    First off, I'm asian, Filipino to be exact. Voice range would be mid to high as my band in our country covers songs from Pearl Jam, Audioslave, Candlebox, Pantera, Metallica, Nirvana, Black Crowes, Staind and some classics like Black Sabbath, Beatles, and the likes.

    My influences basically runs the same list with the addition of some great acts like Smashing Pumpkins, LedZep, Doors, Bob Marley, RHCP, RATM.

    I've been into gigs since I was 18 (almost 8 years ago) and already have written a number of songs of grunge-rock type designed to be sung with clear, high, wailing vocals. I love to create tunes and melodies out of the minor, major, and blues scale but is willing to experiment with whatever there is out there. Lyric themes basically covers hurt, anger, and frustration, as well as some emotional outbursts from life's simple joys.

    I've been aching to perform on stage again as it has been a year that I haven't done it (got here in ireland jul 2005). Got my own transpo so going around (Dublin area) wouldn't be a bother.

    im still looking for a group...i kinda understand that maybe, it's quite hard for groups here to take in non-irish guys..but i do hope someone out there would be like willing to go out of the box and experiment..i myself do not know if this will work..all i want is do music :)
