Australia ETA Visa problem - help!

    Hi,
I applied for 2 ETA Visas yesterday for going on honeymoon. GFs went through fine, I got this!
In a small percentage of cases some clients cannot be granted an ETA instantaneously and a 'refer to embassy' message will occur. This is called an ETA referral and does not mean your ETA has been refused, merely that your details are similar to someone who is of interest to the Australian Government. In this situation an Immigration Officer must process your details to confirm that you are not the person that is of interest. This is a straightforward process which the London office undertakes within 3 working days of receiving your referral details and usually within 24 hours.
Note that clients making firm travel commitments in advance of confirmation of an ETA grant do so at their own risk. Not all referrals can be resolved immediately or within travel deadlines set by you in advance of obtaining your travel authority.
    :(

So I emailed the embassy in the UK, (The Irish embassy doesn't process Visas anymore) but no reply. There is a £1 a minute phone number for the UK embassy but I can't call it from Ireland. Has anyone been through this, whats the next step? Do I have to go to London?
