B\W Conversion List

Hey sorry for starting this thread but i cannot find the previous thread where someone posted a list for B\W conversions that matched all the different types of B\W film. Would someone be able to re-post it please? I am just starting to get in B\W and never saved it the last time i saw it..

Agfapan 400: 20,41,39
Ilford Delta 100: 21,42,37
