Looking for Football Clubs

    Hey all

Having been in Ireland for over a year and having been well and truly bitten by the football bug, I've decided 'Feck it, why not lets have a go'.

Needless to say, being English (gasp!) I've not had the opportunity to play before but I played rugby and soccer all through school and for clubs. So fingers crossed I won't be a COMPLETE liability on the field.

So, essentially, I'm looking for some lower (lower, lower) level clubs to go to and train with in the Dublin area (if poss. Southside) and see if I'm any cop. If anyone can suggest any, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Cheers!

well, most of the clubs have lower, lower, lower down teams (called Junior Z probably)

it all depends on location, or whether you know someone already in a lub to soften your arrival!

Just approach your nearest club and go in and ask. If they can't help you, they will know somewhere that will.
