ok, unrealistic as it may be, but i was contemplating the issues fighting against model rc in ireland, and a big one came to mind,

parts, and availability, yeh ya can go online to get it, but its not always "the same" ya need a credit card r 3v, and all that, but wen a part of either of my cars breaks...ye prob no...it takes me forever to get it replaced, my lhs, doesnt stock savvy parts anymore, green hobby and model stock two main brands (correct me if im wrong!)ans so on and so forth, we need someone (like halfords used to be) to stand up and say i am going to have a full stock of hpi, carson, cen, traxxas fg, etc etc... and even if there is one person in ireland who does it, and supplies the hobby shops, itd mean i could go up the road, "i need a new brake disc set" hey gets on the fone "i need....." post out, i have it two days later, 3 days, its installed in my car and off i go hey ho ho!!!

my local lhs gave up, i no green hobby, stock very well, and have always had a part iv been looking for, but its an hour commuting in and out on a good day! so wat think ye of this!?
