I'd bet at least 1/2 pot. flush seems doubtfull at this point (K/9?? he's an idiot...or a genius!). straight draw possible, loose call with K/Q. more likely, you're up against trips (10s or Js). possibly Ks. in which case, he'll probably go all in over you. frankly, preflop play doesn't smell of 10s or Js, but really seems like slow-playing Ks. and might have the same draws (but worse) as you.

the good news is if you're up against trips, you can still win with an Ace (2), a club (10), or a King (4) making you still only slightly worse than 2 to 1 dog. otherwise, you're a strong fav.

if he somehow called preflop with 8/9c. he'll call turn. you check river. he bets.
