New Torrrent problem, Please help

    OK so I had a NAT / port fowarding and a firewall problem and i fixed these.

    I use Azereus, for the last week or so it will start to download at 80kb, then shoot down to 20kb and up again. This happen for about 5mins, then the "waves" get smaller and smaller and after about 5min more it stops compleatly. Restarting Azereus starts the cycle again.

    Has anyone encountered this before? Can anyone help?
