    Hey there,

I'm hoping to ask for suggestions on something.
I have an event coming up for which I want to organize a meal and overnight stay at a semi decent but not too dear hotel somewhere around Meath/Kidlare. What I'm looking for is suggestions on a decent hotel that has a nice restaurant, and a decent bar, so that the group can book in for the night, and spend the whole time in the hotel, and get a nice decent feed, and then have a decent pub to spend the evening in. It would be for about 8 people, and any suggestions you might have would be very welcome.
    thanks.

New hotel in Clane opened....choice of formal restaurant or more casual setting with decent bar...called the Westgrove...haven't a clue about prices. Nice spot in a nice village with a good pub, Manzors a walk up the road. Other than that Naas is a nice town but the Osprey hotel is the only one I would stay in - again don't know anything about prices.
