Judo at SBG

    Friends, enemies, romans and boggers sorry countrymen

    Judo has started at SBG rathcoole on wednesday nights 7 to 8.30 pm, the class focuses mostly on Nage waza (throwing techniques) the class is taught by Julien Lelorian, an excellent technician and coach, all are welcome the class is free for SBG members but for outsiders;) its 5 euro per class,

    Just bumping this for anyone looking for an excellent opportunity to try their hands at some Judo.

    Julien Lelorian is a fantastic coach, and great competitor.
