    Indeed, but original does not always mean effective. While I have no doubt that the chap in the film is very agile I can pretty much guarantee that he did not get this way from doing these excercises. Rather, he can do them because he is agile. I'm sure his cardio and "conditioning" is very good…..but it's not really from doing that type of a workout.

    Most of the "combo's" of move shows, the Squats into Chins for example, just go a long way towards making the individual moves easier, rather than harder. For example, try and do as many chins as you can the normal way, with the proper hang and full drop, now do them by dropping to the ground and squating and jumping back into the move.

    The first way your muscles will get tired, the second way your lungs will. All too often, especially with the ease of posting such things on the internet, people will work themselves to a certain degree of health, fitness and conditioning and then start doing something strange, and post that, as if they were doing it all along and it is the reason they are in the shape they are in.

    They leave out the start and the middle and only show the finish, because they are trying to promote a "movement" or a "view" on how to work out, yet they forget that the exercise they now promote is not the exercise that got them where they are.

    As such, while such video's are always nice to watch, and generally have one or two solid idea's, it is best to take them with a pinch of salt. Especially when talking about the difference between "conditioning" and "sports conditioning".
