    Anyone else notice this?

When you go Arts > Television > Prison Break and let your cursor hover over the words "Prison Break" this message pops up. I wonder what it means, doesn't make much sense to me!

It's what Cloud wrote when he created the forum.
Think he was inspired by this article.
    Just humour!

The set-up is as follows. Justin Timberlake has a problem - he's not called Justin Timberlake any more. He's called Wentworth Miller and he's a structural engineer. But that's not the problem. His brother's the problem. His brother's a Clive Owen lookalike with jawbones so square he looks like he's trying to hide a box in his mouth - and he's on death row for murdering the vice president. Except he didn't do it! He's the victim of a shadowy conspiracy! And only Justin Timberlake knows the truth!

LOL, brilliance! Thanks very much, it's been bugging me for ages!

I guess it might be funny if Michael looked anything like Justin Timberlake or Link looked anything like Clive Owen. But they don't...so ha ha,funny funny...not so much

I was LOLing at the bit about hiding a box in his mouth, I don't know who Clive Owen is..

The article was a bit dumb, the writer is really talking through their arse for the most part of it.

i love how unbiased the writer in that guardian article is, and how much attention he payed to the show..."he's called Wentworth Miller and he's a structural engineer"...no, Wentworth Miller is an actor.
"he's on death row for murdering the vice president"...eh, no.

what a load of toss, in general

Thank you for pointing out the "stupidity", Mr. Brooker, because Nathan Barley was so good.

OT, and i realise that Brooker got it wrong with that article - he got it very wrong, but can i just recommend to y'all that as a rule you should read his columns. In general his 'rip-the-piss-and-take-no-prisoners' telly reviews are absolutely brilliant!!!

I thought the review was very entertaining and very funny.
I don't agree with 'all' he said, but it was funny.

prison break is a breath of fresh air compared to anything that was on before it e.g lost,24,big brother or any other reality t.v show, desperate housewifes and so on

Well.. i don't know if i'd fully agree with that statement.

Based on the heavy mix of the internet (Hanso Foundation websites, Lost Experience etc) and media (airing ads for Oceanic Airlines) in the way 'Lost' develops is truly revolutionary.

But i'd agree 'Prison Break' is a breath of fresh air in the way it can be far-fetched and OTT but still be very entertaining.

yes i'd hardly say prison break is a breath of fresh air, its still a drama at heart, and if anything id say lost, 24 etc. are all very very different from each other in the first place. A nice variety of tv

I dunno, I hated 24, Prison Break doesn't do it for me either - I'd like to like it but it feels off the mark. I've quite enjoyed Lost, but it does drag on something terrible.

For me the best TV dramas are The Sopranos, Battlestar Galactia (the new one) and Twin Peaks.

Without a doubt! Two classic shows.

I've never got into sopranos somehow, i dont no why exactly, never gave it time, but il probably get the seasons on dvd and watch a season per day, its the only way to watch 24 as well, its rubbish when its drawn out, you gotta sit and watch 16/17 hours of a season to truly enjoy. on an unrelated topic, i dropped out of college last year

Sopranos is good but way over-rated. Battlestar Gallactica on the other hand is brilliant.

Forgot to post it in here, but after watching last weeks episode, I thought Tweener looked VERY like Justin Timberlake.... (alot more than Michael does, anyway). :)
