24/7 online problems

    i dont know if anybody else has had this problem but i recently tried to sign up for a year subscription to 24/7 but everytime i tried my credit card was rejected .
    I tried a friends card and this was rejected too. Does anybody know of this ?
    After contacting them i got an email back saying .........

    "Payment Authorization Error" means that your card has been declined by the systems we incorporate to handle transactions. Please note that your account may have had a temporary authorization charge placed on it for the full amount of the item you attempted to purchase. This hold is temporary and will be removed. We're sorry your card has been declined. If the system refuses your card there are no steps available to us to circumvent the refusal

    that was no help either .
