    Whats the legal status in buying diazepam/valium online from america/internationally without a perscription, can someone tell me? Can customs consficate them? Is it a fenoly or a cort hearing? Can someone please shed light on this subject as the info on the net isint clear on this subject. Thanks

    I presume you meant felony, which is a concept found mostly in the US legal system and not here.
    Anyways, to answer your question, it's most likely illegal.
    You might get pills through the post without them being checked, but if they *were* checked you could have a few tricky questions to answer...

    It is illegal, like getting cannabis sent to you in the post. Benzodiazepines are a Class C drug, meaning possession without prescription is illegal and punishable as such.

    Customs will confiscate it if they inspect it and you will also get into trouble with the police as valium is more than just a prescription drug.
