I am running Corsair Value Select 1gb x2 modules rated at 667mhz and Geil 512mb x1 module rated at the next speed below (533mhz) i think.

What are the implications of this setup? Would it be best to remove the slower module?

the faster ones will clock back to the same speed as the slower one, so yeah, remove the slower one
