quad lnb or another lnb to connect 2nd skybox?

    i,m connecting a 2nd reciever,to sky minidish, is it cheaper to buy a 2nd lnb ,to fix to the minidish,what fitting do i need for doing this,or would it be better to fit an quad, lnb with 4 outputs , i want to go for the cheapest option, 2nd reciever is just for watch fta channels,film for etc.quad lnbs seem to be about 49euros to buy .is it opossible to connect to sky tv links to 1 box.

    You cannot add an extra LNB for the same sat position to ANY dish. Get a quad. €49.99 is a good retail price. The only way to connect more than 1 TV link to a box is to use a compatible distribution amplifier.

    Enlarging on what Rippy says: A 2nd LNB would pick up nothing or a different satellite.

    On larger dish with non-Sky systems this is done deliberately to allow more channels via a 2 way or 4 way Diseqc switch.
