Problem with Apple Ipod Video

    Hey,
    I recently bought(today actually) an Apple Ipod Video and have had problems with it. The first one is that it has completely frozen, I,ve tried resetting it but that didn't work at all. No matter which button(s) I press nothing happenes. The other problem I have is when I connect it to my PC a message appears and says something like, "The USB device has malfunctioned and Windows cannot recognise it.".

    Can anyone help please? I payed around 300 euro for it and nows it not working!:(

    Err, this may sound silly but have you charged it up fully?? has it been dropped or splashed? You should probably just get a replacement just in case you got a dud unit or one that was damaged in transit.

    Initial thought would be to make sure it's fully charged. If so, and is still not working, bring it back tomorrow.

    can someone tell me if my daughters ipod can be saved, it got wet in the rain,she has my head wrecked. thanku !!

    Does it still play music? My friend got his wet and the screen just went. It still played music but he couldnt see what he was playing. After a while the screen came back slowly bit by bit.
