Hi, would appreciate any help with this. The Dell Latitude CPx im using keeps dropping letters. Sometimes the E/D/C buttons don't appear to work, and then minutes later they'll be working again and it'll be some other group of letters not working. Very annnoying. Any ideas? Hi, would appreciate any help with this.

More than likely a loose connector as the intermitent nature of the problem indicates.
