I downloaded the beta WMP 11 and its a horrible looking, invasive hoor of a program. How do I get back to version 10 if theres no uninstall option??

Sorry for being abrupt.. Its driving me mad :o

First try going to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs and tick Show updates box and it should show Windows Media player 11 in the list, if not the only other way is if you use System Restore to rollback to before you installed it.

i rolled back myself a few weeks ago. if you go to uninstall wmp in the add/remove programs list it rolls back

I'd tell you if I could get it working, it refused to install for me so I gave up with it. I use Media player classic anyway. :)

I posted a detailed instruction i found on the creative website in a thread a few weeks ago on how to remove wmp11. Do a search, you'll find it.
Personally i think wmp11 is the business. I've got 50gb music collection & its nice 2 see all my album art while scrolling. I dont have my music collection or my pictures in my documents so i've 2 manually add stuff to it after i delete the crap it finds in my documents when it scans.

meh, my WMP 11 makes my computer when I have it open with Opera, MSN and Counter-Strike:rolleyes:

It's definately the WMP 11 because I could run 10 fine. 10 is much better imo.
