Looking for some help on this one.

I've moved into a second hand house and cant afford/dont have time to paint the white internal doors.

They do need to be cleaned though (damn grubby kids hands)...Anyone have any suggestions on what would be best to clean them?

Sugar soap? Cilit Bang? Warm water and washing up liquid?

They are painted with white gloss.

Thanks for your help in advance :)

Ordainary soap and water should lift the heavy dirt off. However, you can also use white spirit to get greasy/oily marks off the door as well. I've use this stuff in the past and it removes all those greasy paw prints. However, as its white spirit, too much vigorous rubbing will take the paint off as well.
