Rate the biggest strength and the biggest weakness of your game...Skill wise cardio and attributes aside.

    I'll start

    Standup:
Pro: Hit relatively hard especially my right leg.
Con: Everything is telegraphed about five minutes in advance. I might aswell send a memo.

    Clinch:
Pro: Ok basics. Ok thai clinch.
Con: Poor ability to get the takedown. Range of takedowns very weak.

    Ground:
Pro: Learning to relax (ish). Leaving a position heavy game to be a bit more adventurous and having more roly poly fun

Con:When the going gets tough I resort to safety.

    Stand-up:

Con: Impression of Chinese waiter a little bit dated.

stand up: ok. punches ok. thai kicks improving with power (but lost skills at fancier kicking).

Clinch: going ok on thai clinch with knees etc. probably picking up a few tricks over here, that I might not learn as quick in ireland.

ground: very dismal to non existent! very bad skills on a few basic. technqiues.

Power in strikes.... pretty good but can improve.

Endurance/Cario: not bad, and working hard on this most days.

Putting on weight a bit so working to loose a beginning spare tire!

Sum up of me: definately not what you would call a "natural" but worked consistent over the years, to make a decent (but not champion) standard in FC kickboxing standup. big believe in "steady drop fills the bucket" when it comes to training.

over 20 years on and off in MA, and will be still doing MA in another 50!

All ranges are pretty dismal. Don't need to seperate them.

Hehe, these things are kinda pointless, but sure :)
It would be much better if we had a standard so one could say my submissions are worse than person x but better than person y and do that for all ranges.

    Striking
Pros: Relatively strong strikes for someone that hasn't been taught much striking and has bad technique. Usually good at keeping hands up.
Cons: Prone to spazing. Do silly things. Little experience. Poor physical conditioning.

    Clinch
Pros: Range of relatively unusual takedowns, good balance, comparitively light footed. Willingness to attack the clinch range.
Cons: No Thai Clinch, poor Greco, dodgy double leg. Very little knowledge of dirty boxing and strikes from clinch.

    Ground
Pros: Good base (kinda) and movement. Ok GnP.
Cons: Poor finishing. Very rushed. Weak techniqal knowledge. Poor at guard passing.

    WEAPONS RANGE: Non-existant.

Probably a few things i've missed feel free to add

    Standup:
Pro: Okay, good right kick, right cross that will drop anything and a good speedy jab.
Con: Movement is poor, tends to leave me getting hit A LOT and kind sending signals as to what i am gonna do. Not very savvy yet.Love elbows/knees but do KB so have to actually STOP doing them and this means i need to second quess my instincts!!!!

    Clinch:
Pro: Ok. Lethal with the elbows and knees in the clinch but that's it!
Con: Other than 2 years i spent training with a friend of mine in college i have no take downs, he showed me some free style stuff but it would be poor at best....actually, that wouldn't even begin to describe it!! :D

    Ground:
    Pro: none!!!!
Con:Everything. I am a bit bigger than most people though, maybe i can lie on you?? :D

    Use me.

As for myself, I'd have to say my internet range is probably my strongest.

    hehe.

    ok.

    clinch - inferior to mick
    standing- inferior to mick
    ground - inferior to mick.

we need a more internet guy friendly standard. hehe

    LOL i like it!

    Stand up:
Pro's - Good right hand stopped many, good legs, good back kicks

Cons - Weak left hand (old wrist injury) habit of dropping hands - tkd hands syndrome

    Clinch:
Pros - only have trained clinch from a combatives point of view
    Cons - as above

    Ground:
Pros - Enjoying the basics of BJJ at the min, only took it up a while back.

Cons - Tend to rely on strength as opposed to technique, find it hard shrimping due to long legs!!

    Cons-
So much I don't know and haven't tried, yet!
My fitness and such is rubbish currently, working back to fitness though.

    Pros-
Willing to listen and learn from any fecker! (with a critical review being held mentally after, if I'm still able)

I finally have my own place so the back yard gym and rings hanging from the rafters are finally a reality! :D

I enjoy hitting someone and being hit in the head as much as the next man, but i've yet to fight someone who forced me to actually use it.

An internet version of a glove slap? If only there was a smiley for that.

I have attributes and plenty of them.

I used to have frighteningly beautiful hair.

    Now it's pretty nice.

    I'm sort of charmingly irritating.
