    ok everyone..please bare w/ me..this is my first time on this site..the reason im on here is because i saw the words "work/jobs" on the site..my dad got out of jail almost a year ago and hasnt been able to find a job. he has always been a bouncer for years and hurt himself almost two years ago. he's tall and big..so when he goes in to normal places, people look at him like hes a freak. he doesnt have much experience. but i cant even find him somthing as a janitor!! i have run out of options to try and help him..i havent been able to find any websites w/ jobs hes capable of. its frustrating because my mom has been paying all the bilols for 3 yrs now ..on a waitressing job...shes just too tired. and im out the house so i have my own bills. can anyone out there please help me find websites, company names, places that hire ex-convicts...ANYTHING!!!!! in michigan..were right near detroit...thx sooo much...*****worried*****

    Try our sister site in the US, www.boards.us. You need to speak to people with practical experience in the matter, with knowledge of the American legal and human resource systems.
