Moving dish to ground level

Presently I have a 1.1m motorised dish on side wall of house mounted up high. I want to move it to ground level ...it will have line of site etc. I am getting to old to be going up a ladder to mess around with it. What would ye recommend for mounting to the ground

See the image on the right, somethign like that.

There is a variation of that that has 4 squares that allows you to put in paving slabs to weigh it down. Maybe somebody can recall the link.
