Energy drinks changed my life.

I used to have a serious problem. I was a fader. I have fallen asleep in several night clubs in town and falling asleep on the nightlink has cost me a lot of money and coldness. I would like to thank the these wondrous elixers. Boost in particular, without which I would be going broke.

Yeah, I've taken to the vodka and red bull, and while I'm sure it's eroding my insides and all of that, it keeps me dancing all night long -- and that's what's really important

Health concerns over the Red Bull energy drink were fuelled yesterday after Europe's highest court upheld a French ban on the product.

The fizzy drink has been linked to several deaths and some experts have criticised its high levels of caffeine and other stimulants.

New round these parts but thought i´d add my 2 c.

Its great to be able to get a bit of a boost when your in a club or else where but the stuff really does you no good.
Espically with booze, it gives you an irregular heart beat,with the booze slowing your heart down and the red bull trying to speed it up at the same time!

Wasnt there a kid who died in the arena playing basketball after drinking a few cans of the stuff?

redbull is ok, but I wouldn't drink a lot of it.. not that nice. It's also expensive. There are way cheaper versions of it

There was stuff in Lidal, tasted the exact same but I'm not sure it was as effective but a fraction of the price. I think Lucozade isn't bad either but you have to drink about 5 bottles and a couple of bars of chocolate to get any effect.:)

My best energy experience involved a can of "semtex!" energy drink in Prague. Though I didnt drink it, I did take a can back, thus may be the only boards member without a 'RA name that has smuggled semtex into the country.
