Anyone know where I can get some of the above Southside the closer to Dun Laoghaire/Bray area the better (but if not a bit of a travel is OK). I know there's a class in Loughlinstown Tues and Thursday but I do BJJ these nights and want to keep that up. I generally just want to improve my striking so anyone has any alternative suggestions on other styles I'd love to hear them.

How come your Jitz is fixed to those days? You might find it easier to change your days for doing BJJ and do thai Tues and Thurs. You wont find better striking in that direction than in Loughlinstown.

You could try Sallynoggin Boxing club.

    Peace

Well theres this place in Deansgrange www.kenpo.ie/classes.htm but their Kickboxing is on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

On the Masters Temple's website www.masterstemple.com it does say that they do light, semi and full contact Kickboxing. They are also a fulltime Dojo. Persoanlly I would check Masters Temple out first. Be aware that Masters Temple is a very strict Dojo. I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt like you training elsewhere.

Hope you find a school that youll enjoy training at.

    OSU,

    Dave.

Doesn't Owen Dempsey do kickboxing at Martin Cousins' kenpo club in Dun Laoighre? You could check that out.
