If this is a work pc and your company is blocking websites, then you can assume it is against company policy to view said websites.

Is there a reason you don't just download all those linux isos [cough] and stuff at home, rather than putting your job on the line. If I was your employer, i'd fire you on the spot for putting the company in such a dangerous legal situation.
