What sort of car is it, what mileage, what year, petrol or diesel?? Any quote you get will be provisional as on further inspection the car may need additional work such as brake pads. Small leaks and other minor problems may be spotted that could be potentially more serious at a later stage. I know I guy in Ballycullen but he's a bit fussy about what makes he'll take - he likes to repair what he's familiar with.

I'd imagine a 1995 Lantra should be relatively easy to service but I don't have much experience with them, tbh. If you want to try the guy in Ballycullen PM me and I'll send you his details.

Caveman - there's a lad (Peter) working in the bike shop in Stillorgan who services cars - they have a workshop out the back. Dunno if that's handy for you, but it's south Dublin anyhoo

It's the bike shop across the road from the shopping centre, down the little street (St. Laurence Park).

I found them reasonable and competent in the past.
