Not sure what you mean.
It's 25cm from inside arm to inside arm, and 33cm from outside one arm bar to outside another arm bar (hope you know what I mean
)
The bars part of the lift are 34cm long and when fully extended it's 46cm from the ground.
As you can see from the pics there are safety bars in case you let the lift down too fast

Sorry I ment the distance between the 2 lifting arms , so that must be 33cm.
I'll check the size I need later.0 -
